To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We will provide you with the return address and instructions once your return request is approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact glarex.support@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total refund.
